En español no existe un imperativo negativo propio, porque se construye usando la forma: No + verbo en subjuntivo Aunque a veces existen verbos con significado opuesto que pueden funcionar como alternativa. Ejemplo: Imperativo afirmativo: Habla. Imperativo negativo (subjuntivo): No hables. Verbo opuesto: Calla. “Calla” expresa la idea contraria a “habla”, pero no es el imperativo negativo del mismo verbo, sino un verbo distinto.
