Big parking news for the @ArtsDistrictLV: 🎉 The good news: We heard you, and construction is starting soon on a new 5-story parking garage that will bring 500+ much-needed spots to the area, including EV charging spaces. 🚘 💅 The not-so-good news: To build it, we’re closing the surface lot at 201 E. Utah Ave. starting tomorrow, June 18. 🏗️ 🚧 We know parking’s tight, but help is on the way. Check out the links below for alternate parking and monthly permit options. Today, the Las Vegas City Council approved Visual Improvement Program funds for both businesses coming to #DTLV. These funds help pay for refreshed exteriors and new signage

A new project planned for Main Street is benefiting from one of our grant programs. Fremont Street Experience has a new thing where you can get your photo on the canopy. Impressive clipping technology (they replace the background instantly, not green screen). Images go into screen rotation for hours or days. High res images can be downloaded, too. Cost is $28, mostly evening hours, but likely to be expanded. In front of Four Queens.
