I got 2 partial refunds from Paypal for a transaction from March 4th and 8th. I reached out to my bank, Access bank, many times without any solution I still havent received the refund The say visa says they have no traces of the funds. I have the ARN for the refunds. @askvisa

@askvisa I have a VISA debit card, the issuer is now declining a £10 transaction to a merchant that had been accepted on previous payments. The merchant is authorised to accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. All my issuer is saying is that it is safeguarding my security.

@Visa i bought VIP 2 tickets with a PREMIUM visa card, and i didn’t get any benefits from it? but the soundcheck and early entry?? people got tote bag for free at the end of the show (when we were all leaving) and we didn’t even get a laminate or a bracelet, proving our vip??

@askvisa My bank cannot help as they did not authorise the withdrawal of funds. They’ve advised that Bisa is the responsible party.

@VisaAU is responsible for approving $1000’s in fraudulent chargebacks in favour of a customer. What are you going to do to resolve this situation @Visa?
