Asmali, I agree with you. I had a chat this week with one of the directors at the @MeteoKenya as I was producing a live show, our conversation dwelled on their equipment. These guys have state of the art equipment to collect accurate data and can even connect via satellite to receive forecasts for a certain time.

Despite the destruction and mayhem these rains are causing across the country we must also admit that we have an extremely competent and capable weather forecaster. The updates by @MeteoKenya has been very consistent.
