@Au5la im not saying I agree with any of it, if you see my posts, I think its all bad regardless, but SOME people have problematic priorities. Theres a lot more to the situation than "its all UEFN" like ive seen some people imply.

I have loved and supported Fortnite for years but this is appalling. This is the same company that wasted billions of dollars suing Apple and Google for no good reason, developing Fortnite into a “metaverse” with half-baked modes that are now getting deleted when BR should’ve always been the focus, and paying millions to map creators for low effort brainrot or zonewars maps for years. The same company who’s support team wont help you if your account gets hacked, the same one who banned thousands of innocent players who were happily spending money on the game just for using their own account merge feature a few years back for a rule that wasn’t clearly stated on their website. The same company that retconned celebrities with expensive contracts into the game’s storyline for no reason, and who insisted on removing everything that actually gave people a reason to put time into playing; progressive skins, overtime styles, weekly loading screens, lvl500 styles/banners, etc. Same company that lowered the amount of vbucks you get from each purchase thinking that would help them make money instead of just putting better deals in the shop, when there are still hundreds of non-exclusive skins from starter packs, level-up packs, quest packs, stw packs, OG passes, etc etc that they could bring back to make more money but they don’t. Now 1000 people have lost their jobs. Their main source of income, the thing they need to protect and feed themselves and their families, is suddenly gone without even a weeks notice. Even after years of dedication to the company- Poof. Fired just like that.

i have done so much for this company and our games so many late nights so many weekends so many live events, and competitive events, and new features, and new seasons solid performance reviews every time with multiple people mentioning how critical i am and what an impact i make across multiple teams just to be thrown out i don’t get it.

I genuinely DO NOT CARE what UEFN creators say in defence of Epic. This is ALL DUE TO UEFN and Epic's mass focus on collabs. The BETTER a UEFN map does, THE LESS it should be paid because popular UEFN maps ALWAYS will stay at the tops. Steal-A-Brainrot should NOT make 50k A DAY
