@Rizzo1018 I believe this case was settled but I can’t recall if the amount was publicly released.

One of the fundamental aspects of policing that most officers seem to misunderstand is that you have to investigate FIRST and detain SECOND. Establishing reasonable suspicion is PRELIMINARY to a detention. Officers must gather an objective and articulable set of facts that would justify a detention BEFORE they can effectuate a detention. Share this message with an uninformed police department.

@blackopps12Matt @JustJenRX If this is how you were trained then it says a lot about the state of police training. You’re supposed to use the least amount of force necessary to subdue an individual. That’s kind of the whole point of the use of force continuum/matrix.

@JustJenRX The man was actively resisting and you are taught in the academy to use that force needed to affect the arrest and to use whatever is available to do it.

@Saikno4 @realDonaldTrump I think you’re projecting man. I said if you support Trump you are supporting authoritarian policing. I didn’t make any comment on the character of Trump supporters. This is like trying to say it was possible to support Hitler but not the Holocaust.

If you fail to see the reason on why this would be taken as being “hated on” for supporting a politician then I do think you need your eyes checked. And yes I understand Trump has contributed to it more, but you shouldn’t alienate his supporters because of it? Politicians are always going to do things some people who support them don’t like. That’s what you get in a two party system

This is what federal enforcement looks like under Trump. He has given them as much leeway to commit misconduct as any president possibly could. If you support @realDonaldTrump you are supporting authoritarian policing.

How is this hating on anyone? If you want to support authoritarian policing that’s on you. And I’m not denying that it has been an issue before Trump, but he has actively contributed to authoritarian policing throughout his presidencies. Look at my other replies. Go read the executive orders. You can’t say this about every candidate even remotely to the degree that this applies to Trump.

I fail to see the reason to alienate people who support a politician when talking about an issue that’s BEEN an issue in America way longer than Trumps been in office? I enjoy your content for the most part and while I may not be a hard right republican nor like Trump personally, I do think it’s quite odd to hate on his supporters for a reason like that when the main concept on your channel is being not one sided and taking everything and everyone at face value. As you could’ve said this about every candidate as this issue wouldn’t change either way. 🤷‍♂️

@1st_A_Media @realDonaldTrump That’s a totally fair perspective in my opinion. I’m not a fan of Trump. I think pretty much all modern presidents have been both literally and morally corrupt. The entire political structure is just completely fucked.

@AuditTheAudit @realDonaldTrump I'm different from most Trump supporters. I support Trump but hate his approach to law enforcement. There's other policies I don’t agree with. Overall, I support Trump and the direction he is taking the country. Even if there are a few things I'm strongly against.

Im giving you undeniable evidence of ways he has directly contributed to law enforcement officers abusing their authority and you refuse to look at it. You are choosing to be ignorant on the subject and blindly defending your position. Read the evidence I provided and then make an argument.

it's been literally happening from before trump it's literally trump's fault it's literally insane to deny this damn... now that you literally put it that way, i literally see the error in my illiterate ways.... literally if you want to tell me you don't like that he preaches blind trust in law enforcement, i'd be right there with you. to tell me he had something to do with a tyrant officer abusing his power, that's... well... literally insane. i still think it's self defeating to invoke politics in to this. instead of raising awareness of police abuses, we're talking about the president. it's literally taking away from your message.

This is a federal agent with no body cam arresting a citizen for a constitutionally protected right. You don’t see the Trump connection? Look up EO 13768, EO 13776, EO 13809, EO 14288, and theres plenty more. Or how about you just listen to what he has said at many of the pro police rallies he has done? Sure, it’s been happening before Trump, but to deny that he has directly played a role in it is literally insane.

i'm with you 100% that arresting the photographer was way out of line, and the officer should be reprimanded - but we both know they'll investigate themselves and find no wrong doing. i fail to see the trump connection. this is an issue that has been going on forever. cops abusing their powers is what your entire channel is based on - and there are many others who do the same as you. your channel is one of the better ones, calling out bad cops and glorifying the good ones. it's not some hate fest... thank you for that. its been happening before trump, and sadly will continue after trump. in this video, we have a 1st amendment violation. invoking a political figure - trump or biden- in such a politically charged world takes the attention away from that fact.... because now it becomes about politics police overreach is one of the very few items that both sides agree on, until it becomes about politics... like right now where we're talking about politics and not even thinking about the 1A violation anymore. i appreciate your reply. thank you, my brother. keep up the good work. i'll continue to hold you accountable as you hold them accountable :)

@robification @realDonaldTrump This is an objective fact not a political opinion. Trump supports authoritarian policing. He has made this very clear. I have plenty of criticisms about the Biden administration as well.

@AuditTheAudit @realDonaldTrump how do you attribute an authoritarian law passed in florida that went in to effect on jan 1 to trump - who took office 19 days later? it's a bit of a leap. dont be like direct d and alienate half your base. stick to auditing police interactions. you do that well(mostly).

@AuditTheAudit @realDonaldTrump If they're here illegally, then they should be sent home. He has every right to record them, though. They cited a federal statute, and he should have responded with 18 US Code 241 and 242.

@AnthonyVattima The First Amendment doesn’t apply to private companies. If you get fired for being racist that’s just you facing the social consequences of your speech. Not sure how your analogy is relevant.

@AuditTheAudit I should be able to say horrible things and believe stupid ideas. The moment I damage someone else, we have a different conversation but what if I get fired for being racist on the internet. Never brought it to the work place but I get fired. Who is damaged there?
