Wouldn't it be cool if the Cardinals got back at the Brewers by ... actually scoring some runs? STL has one run in the first two games at MIL. And in five of the past eight games, the Cards have scored two runs or fewer.

This is what happens when you don’t have veteran leadership in clubhouse. Some people think it’s funny, I think it’s horse***t. If he was my teammate, he and I would have a major issue. Kids come to these games and emulate us. That is a responsibility we must uphold to the highest standard. This isn’t the WWE.

On October 20, 1963, just weeks after his retirement, Stan Musial was honored by the St. Louis Chapter of the Baseball Writers Association. This is a remarkable program from that ceremony. #STLCards

In 1963, in his final season at age 42, Stan Musial lead the team with 10 intentional base on balls. Talk about being respected - even at that age! #STLCards

Rare photo of Dizzy and Paul Dean. The back is dated October 6, 1934. They played a World Series game the day before (that Paul won) so maybe he's showing Diz how he did it! #STLCards

Dear Mr. Sculptor, We see what you did there, and we giggle like teenage boys when we see it. When taking photos, always remember, the correct angle is extremely important. 🤣

#OTD 1912 - Terry Moore was born in Vernon, AL. The highly talented, and underrated centerfielder, played on the 1942 and 1946 World Championship Cardinal teams. He missed 3 of his prime years (1943, 1944 and 1945) to serve our country in WW II. #Salute #STLCards

#OTD 2000 - The St. Louis Cardinals paid tribute to Hall of Famer pitcher Dizzy Dean by dedicating a statue of the colorful Gashouse Gang member outside of Busch Stadium. It was sculpted by the uber-talented Harry Weber. I thank them, because every once in awhile I get a #HeyAugie from my followers! #STLCards

#OTD 1960 - The Cardinals acquire Julian Javier in a trade with the Pirates. "Hoolie" would become one of the top second basemen in the National League, anchoring the Cardinal championship teams of the 1960s. #STLCards @DrJJJavier

@bschaeffer12 So Uribe, tell me why not one other single Brewer player mentioned this. If true, they would have all been screaming to the heavens.
