@Ausgrid Why don’t you read my electricity meter for every monthly bill? There are no gates, no dogs. No obstructions. You read the meter once a year & the other 11 bills are guesses. Why? My bill ranges from $90 to $250 for a month. 1 person, 1 bedroom unit. AGL is my provider.

@Ausgrid How can you be so sure of that time? It was initially supposed to be 2pm, then 4pm and now 11pm? What is the actual issue? I also want assurance that when I submit claims for spoilt food it will be handed in a prompt manner, not a 90 day turn around per your website.
