日本人は『ルールはルールだから守れ』という文化があると同時に、サービス残業のような労基法違反が横行していることを見ると、『都合の悪いところは平気でルールを破る』けども『都合の良いところはルールで押し切る』という恐ろしい文化である気がしますね。
