No longer on hold with @amwater
A supervisor will call me back within 24 to 48 hours.
The company had my posts taken down within minutes, but can’t connect me with a supervisor to resolve a billing error. Utilities have poor customer service because we’re stuck w/them.

@amwater On hold, still. No resolution to a billing problem since November.

I appreciate it. I’ve been on the phone between the two companies for more than an hour - this month alone. The last rep was in El Salvador and was not helpful. Told me no supervisor was available today.

After multiple calls since November about incorrect billing for the protection plan, I have yet to receive the refund promised in December and November. Worst customer service ever!
