PLOT TWIST: Reform after obtaining independent legal advice, which seems to contradict the advice the democratic services obtained yesterday means this Thursdays motion is back on.

NEW: KCC have pulled this from Thursdays full council after advice suggested it might leave the council in breach of electoral rules. I'm just working out if Reform will bring this motion to the next full council after the Cliftonville by-election.
