A man has pleaded guilty to 14 counts of aiding suicides in Canada after he sold toxic chemicals online. 22-year-old Thomas died after using a substance said to have been sold to him by Kenneth Law. His father David Parfett tells PM there must  be a public inquiry in the UK.
