I've been a #BECU member for 36 yrs. I'm strongly considering leaving for the first time. The ability to sync with financial software reliably is something I can get from other banks. @BECU this is more important to us than 99% of what you seem to be focused on.

@BECU At what point will BECU provide more than simple social media platitudes, and actually communicate what is going on and when the fix is expected? It has been at least a full month at this point with zero communication. Customers need answers, not more PR doublespeak.

@BECU you need to investigate your branch in Seattle. They are cashing very suspicious checks. Checks that were so obviously fraudulent; Stolen or intercepted checks. Might be getting a phone from Columbia Bank and Keybank too!
