My happy place! Watching student-athletes and coaches prepare. This is where it’s EARNED. The right to step into the arena and compete. It’s cold out today. It’s raining. The sense of urgency and intensity is overwhelming and took me back to the “good ole days” Chatting up an OL between drills. Me: Offense is looking good today 72: “Yes sir, it’s about being consistent every play” Took me back to my previous post this morning… Consistency is your superpower! The next play, your next conversation, at work, in life… CONSISTENCY! I’ve enjoyed these moments and actually find myself overwhelmed with emotion in them. I appreciate and value the why behind what you’re building, @Zach_Watkins! #BeTheStandard
