My son is 15 I never bought him a pride onesie when he was a baby. I never read him a book that had two moms as part of the storyline. When he was little stores and businesses didn’t have LGBTQ+ displays and we didn’t celebrate pride month. He was raised Catholic, and went to church. Guess what? He is gay. The rainbow won’t make your kids gay. They are born that way. A display in a store won’t make your kid trans, they are born that way. If you don’t love and accept them for who they are, YOU are a shitty parent. They haven’t failed, you have.

I may now give quite a few cloggies (Dutch people) a heart attack but... the cheese slicer is NOT a Dutch invention. I mean of course we are better at using it than anyone... ;) But it was invented by the Norwegian Thor Bjørklund in 1925. Praise Thor fellow cloggies, praise him!
