First batch of stout this season!! Four-Thirty PM is designed for cold Alberta afternoons in warm pubs. Subtle notes of dark fruit, chocolate, coffee, and a pinch of smoke are complimented by a low alcohol content, which makes this the perfect beer for an extended barstool shift.

Our annual batch of Salinity Now! salted citrus pale ale is ready for your slurping pleasure! We spend a comical amount of time hand-butchering oranges and limes to add to the kettle along with the perfect amount of fancy pink salt to really make the whole thing pop. #yegbeer

We pulled out all the stops rebuilding the recipe for this NEIPA and think you’re really going to like how it turned out! 🤗 Three Hops This Time is a tasty criss-cross of three of our favourites! This one has big ol’ fruity flavours with a restrained bitterness! #yegbeer

The little dandelions are here, and so is our annual batch of Front Lawn Saison! Ripe with yeast derived stone fruit, bubblegum, and spice flavours, this one is balanced by an earthy herbal note from dandelion greens added to the whirlpool!

We’re doing some Sunday Sizzlin’ tomorrow!! We made a cask of Two Beer Lunch lager with lime that we’re calling BENT LITE LIME! Hammer swings at 1pm! 🔨🍺

Whipped up a batch of a returning taproom favorite! Porch Swing is brewed with peach dragonfruit rooibos tea from local tea wizard; @TheTeaGirlYEG ! We also ferment this one nice and warm with kveik yeast to coax tasty stone fruit flavours out of the fermentation! 🤗 #yegbeer

We made a new beer for Spring! Shoulder Saison uses darker malts help this beer stand up to a chilly evening, while the fruit and spice notes contributed by the yeast blend during fermentation add delicious complexity. #yegbeer
