As an organization, we pause to pray for those that are rebuilding from #HurricaneHelene's devastating impact. Many are still without power, without fresh food and water, and wondering what their next step will be. We pray for God’s strength, wisdom, mercy, and peace as they face uncertainty.

This passage ends with a beautiful word: #Selah. The exact meaning of this term is unknown, but most scholars believe it means to pause in silence. It is used in #Psalms to remind us to slow down and let the reality of God settle into the depths of our soul.
