With a last-minute shell bill, lawmakers want to bring major cuts to Kentucky State University, the only public HBCU in the state. The advancing bill would reduce the school to 10 majors and limit enrollment, which would likely reduce faculty and staff. kentucky.com/news/politics-…

They're out of executive session. Grossberg is waiving the adjudicatory hearing and accepting a settlement with the commission. No public hearing.

Today is the day for the public hearing into ethics charges against KY Rep. Daniel Grossberg. First they're getting through a routine meeting & swearing in new member Derrick Ramsey (fmr cabinet secretary, UKFB star) and then going into executive session.

Yes, I secured a vote with a MAJORITY OF Oversight DEMOCRATS voting with me because they knew the Clintons had stalled for 5 months after receiving a subpoena that the Democrats supported sending the Clintons. I just want to make sure the good people who read the Lex Herald know that this is a bipartisan investigation and the Clintons who were very close to both Epstein and Maxwell refuse to answer any questions. The Epstein survivors have told members in both parties they want to hear from the Clintons. I’m sure the good honest editors of the Lex Herald would have added the above if they had more space. Thank you 🙏
