@OfficerCasualty @ashleighlowther Well said, also if it's obvious why are we not reporting fractures seen? This allows the STUMBL score to be completed properly and the patient is managed better. 🤔

@ashleighlowther Why do you need to find the fractures? The treatment is going to be analgaesia either way. CT helps in select groups (eg high risk/compromised patients who may benefit from nerve block or rib fixation), but they are a minority

A chest xray is not the correct test if you are looking for rib fractures. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. But seriously how do we get this message across and standardise practice.
