This was the best filet I’ve had in my life raised by me and butchered by me! The fix to high beef is getting beef like this directly from me or ranchers like me to your table without the middleman and the big 4 packers taking their cuts! The other fix is for us to keep profitable prices from cattle coming off the Ranch!
