Rick Barnes made a great point tonight, and it's something that makes so much sense but I'd never thought of it in that exact way. Barnes said one of the biggest keys to any team's improvement during the season is the work ethic of those 3-4 guys on every team who probably don't play as many minutes as they should. He said if those guys are maniacs every day in practice and consistently push the main rotation guys, a team will get better.

This time last season, Collin Parker was playing at NAIA Columbia College. 📈📈 This offseason, he was picked up by Austin Peay and last night, he went OFF against Queens 👀 39 points 9 rebounds 11-23 FG 14-17 FT 3-5 3PT What do we think of his game? 🤔🤔
