The battle was almost over. Then everything changed. In 1066, at the Battle of Hastings, the English army held strong against William’s forces for hours. Then a single moment - King Harold struck down. What followed wasn’t a slow defeat… but an instant collapse. Leadership isn’t just important in battle. Sometimes, it is the battle. Massive cannons were brought in, engineered specifically to break what had never been broken before. Day after day, the walls were tested, weakened, and eventually breached. It wasn’t a stronger army that won. It was a new approach. Every defense works… until someone finds the way around it. In BLOCKLORDS, no stronghold is permanent.
