@BlueDart_ @dotandkey This is extremely frustrating. My prepaid order (Waybill: 76892601785) has been wrongly marked multiple times as "Consignee Refused / OTP Not Shared" without any delivery attempt. I never received any call, message, or OTP from the delivery agent.

Later on, he marked my delivery as "premises was closed" despite the fact the premises were open and the delivery agent simply declined to come to my floor to make the delivery. This is clearly a matter of negligence on the part of the delivery agent. @jagograhakjago @BlueDart_
