@BMO Got denied by phone app when trying to deposit 2 checks because amount is too high. Customer rep said to go to local branch but I can't walk. He said there's nothing that he can do and hung up. Worst customer service ever.

The Finance-Related Rage Baiting is out of Control Today 😩😩😩 @BMO is playing with me Charging me 6$ for each E-Transfert I send out of nowhere ?!? What do you mean you CAN do that and now I can’t pay back my Credit Card bill because every single dollar I have in my account is calculated into my budget & I can’t afford *Surprise* 6$ transactions fees ????? WOW , now they will start again with the constant HARASSMENT OVER THE PHONE 😩😩😩 Like I hadn’t had enough PTSD from this I almost canceled my line and started to live without a Cellphone at all … What am I supposed to do now ??!? Get into S*x Work and/or prostitution to cover my Bills ?!? I cannot be hired for medical reasons at the moment ; this is the only possible option I have in front of me to get money quickly💵 😣😢 I am gonna be stressed out all day now and unable to focus on my tasks. This is a Nightmare. I will never financially recover from this

On the phone with @BMO for well over an hour now. Trying to have a card I thought I had cancelled at least 20 years ago removed from my credit report, with only the last 4 numbers in my possession. I've baffled 2 CSRs so far, patiently.... on ignore for number 3.🙄

@BMO Fix your dumb phone system. It said wait time between 5 and 15 minutes, I've now been on hold for 30. At least have the courtesy to update, or better yet indicate how many callers in front, or better yet actually staff your services adequately to cut wait time!
