Therapy comes in all shapes and sizes—just like fish. 🎣 The meditative repetitive actions that come with fishing and being out on the water can be incredibly grounding. For many of our veterans, fishing provides a peaceful escape.

Giant is celebrating 90 years in Baltimore! We love partnering with Giant to help our community. The Giant Healthy Living Team came with delicious steak and salmon lunches in celebration of the community. Giant always steps up to support the needs of our veterans!

The @Orioles were generous enough to offer our organization enough tickets for clients and staff to enjoy an evening out at the ballpark. We watched the O’s beat the Astros 5-3 and even got a special moment on the Jumbotron. Go Birds! 🧡 #MilitaryAppreciationDay

Students from McDonogh School give back to our vets through their monthly visits to The Baltimore Station for service projects and social time with our clients. On a recent visit, students participated in our drama and improv group, then served up a lunch of shrimp lo mein! 🎭🍜
