So disappointed. I preordered a book from #BarnesAndNoble and the book won't be here until a full week after release date. I could have gone to the store and picked it up had I known it would take that long. The whole point of pre-ordering is to get it delivered day of release.

Tired of Pokémon scalpers. Once again I’m first in line at a Barnes and noble. I’m reading a book. Somehow end up 7th in line because people who are unhomed claim I wasn’t in line because I was reading a book. The new first one said he’d slap me for “disrespecting” him being 1st.

@barnesandnoble so upset with Barnes and Noble. Just noticed (yes that is my fault) that B&N have been charging me monthly for Wall Street Journal and People Magazine for Nook subscription. I don’t have a Nook and never ever signed up for this. Just another SCAM!!!!!

@BNBuzz @BN_care Barnes & Noble corporate, I have a question: Why does your store in Hickory, North Carolina, hate Pokémon? They sometimes hang up if you call and ask if they have it in stock. When you arrive, if it’s in stock, depending on who’s at the register, you can buy only one Pokémon product per group, not per person. Every other place I’ve been that limits Pokémon products allows one SKU per person, not per group. The other day, a lady I didn’t know (unrelated to me) walked in behind me. The employee tried to say she was with me and that I couldn’t purchase that. She walked in behind me, and I have no idea who she was. Sometimes you can buy as much as you want. It’s very confusing and unfair. When I politely asked to speak to the manager, he was a real asshole. He said if I didn’t like the policies (I wasn’t complaining; I was just asking a question), I was free to take my business elsewhere and not return.
