@PeterBell We will be sending payment for all completed events, although there have been some delays due to the pandemic. Our accounting team will be reaching out to all affected organizers within the next couple weeks. We're so sorry for any extra difficulty this causes.

Hi @BPTickets - hope you're doing OK there. Are you still sending money owed to producers of your events? My wife just got a message from you that her check was never sent out :( She runs a super small theatre company and is worried about the cash . . .

@barn_dance Yes! If you're in Manage Your Events, there's a checkbox at the bottom of the Settings page that says "Display ticket quantities". Just uncheck that and you should be good to go.
