Lions rookie Blake Miller couldn't sleep on draft night because he watched clips of Dan Campbell that got him too fired up. “Seeing some clips from Coach Campbell — I already followed him beforehand — but just digging even deeper now and seeing more and more of them, I was ready to run through a wall at midnight."

Tigers rookie Hao-Yu Lee hit his first Major League home run on Sunday. He hit a pinch-hit homer in the seventh inning that put Detroit ahead for good in the 8-3 win over the Reds.

TIGERS HISTORY: Spencer Torkelson hit a home run in five consecutive games 💣 Torkelson homered Sunday, and is now tied for the franchise record, joining Hank Greenberg, Rudy York, Vic Wertz, Willie Horton, and Marcus Thames.
