@RobertStover Awesome, I'll DM you the free checklist to follow. What would be your ideal audience to target?

Busiest stretch Glynn Fleet has ever had.
Shipping delays. Wrap errors. Installers stretched thin.
None of it my fault. All of it my problem.
That's the job and I knew that going in.
What I didn't expect is the question that comes with it.
Do I keep running a great one man operation?
Or do I build something that doesn't depend entirely on me?
Those are two very different businesses.
Still working on the answer.

@paulbullard @Brian_The_Stoic Thanks Paul. Hey Brian just followed you. I’ll DM you my 20-step checklist that helps get going

@realcolegordon Unfortunately can’t target people who have enough money to pay for X and not see ads 😬

Praying this actually will be good, and not 99% spam clicks, for the love of god 🙏

This GPT Image 2 prompt is going insanely viral right now. “Redraw the attached image in the most clumsy, scribbly, and utterly pathetic way possible. Use a white background, and make it look like it was drawn in MS Paint with a mouse. It should be vaguely similar but also not really, kind of matching but also off in a confusing, awkward way, with that low-quality pixel-by-pixel feel that really emphasizes how ridiculously bad it is. Actually, you know what, whatever, just draw it however you want.”

Throwback Thursday to 10 years ago to one of my first videos. I was so embarrassed I greyed it out like a 1960's tv show.
Most people wait until they are confident to make videos. That is backwards. You get confident by making the videos. The first 10 will feel awkward (and may turn out like this). The next 100 will build your business.

@WumboDJ Hey AJ, let's get those videos filmed. What would the topic be? I just DM'd you the checklist.
English

Most YouTube videos do not fail because the video is bad.
They fail because nobody researched the title.
Most business owners do it backwards.
- They film first.
- Guess the title second.
- Make the thumbnail last.
- Then wonder why nobody clicks.
We do the opposite.
70% of our time goes into researching what people are already searching for.
10% goes into building the guide we promise.
5% goes into filming.
The rest goes into packaging it so people actually click.
The title gets you found.
The thumbnail gets you clicked.
The video builds trust.
The follow-up turns that trust into customers.
That is how YouTube becomes a sales system.

@yogiwasright @automationlinks Hey thanks for the comment. Sending to your DM. What type of business do you have?
English

You are not too busy to make videos, you are too busy because you are not making videos.
Funny how we have time for 14 sales calls, 37 tweets, and 2 hours to reply in comments, but not 10 minutes to record one answer.
You do not need more time. You need better leverage.
Here's a quick tip to help make more videos your customers want to watch:
1. Write down one question customers ask every week.
2. Record a 5-minute answer on your phone.
3. Post it on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
That is it.
An entrepreneur I work with kept explaining the same thing on every sales call.
He finally recorded 12 short videos answering his most common questions.
Within 90 days, his calls got easier, his leads came in warmer, and he closed $42,000 from people who said, “I watched your video.”
That is what video does.
It saves your time before the sale ever happens.
Comment “TOOL” if you want the simple video checklist.
