Not the top three we expected after R1! But proof that anything can happen in motorsport. Jonathon and Charles finished second overall despite starting the #Silverstone500 from 12th and scored maximum points by dint of a guest entry winning.

Good guys finish FIRST! Thomas and Hadley claimed Ginetta’s fourth consecutive #BritishGT pole on Saturday before sealing its first GT4 victory since 2023, while Innovation broke Optimum and Century’s 16-race GT4 winning streak. Not bad for a team and driver (in Hadley’s case at least) making their series debuts. Thomas also became a British GT winner for the first time.

The RAC Trophy is heading down under! First awarded for a 500-mile race at Brooklands in 1932, it’s now engraved with the names of every #Silverstone500 winner since the event adopted its three-hour (and 500ish kilometre) format 15 years ago. Yasser and Garnet joined a very short list of overseas winners - Martin Kodric (2021), Nicki Thiim (‘18), Gilles Vannelet (‘15) and Ahmad Al Harthy (‘14) - by becoming the first Australians to win any #BritishGT race since Charlie Cox in 1997. Optimum, meanwhile, finally triumphed at the big one after claiming consecutive GT4 wins in 2023-24.
