@Pchopz_ Doesn’t matter who you have catching passes if you can’t protect the person trying to throw them the ball. Everything starts up front. Everybody looks better when you have a line. It’s not the sexy pick, but it’s damn sure the correct one.

The OT drop off here after round 1 is second to only QBs. Meanwhile there’s been more Pro Bowl WRs drafted in the 2nd round than 1st since 2005.
Again, taking a WR at 24 shouldn’t be looked at as a bad thing.

Historically (since 05) where have Pro Bowl players come from by round in the NFL Draft. WR is the only position where there is a higher rate of Pro Bowlers in rounds other than round 1. Almost the same % have come in round 3 at WR than round 1 which is incredible. The non 1st round PB% has actually increased in the last decade.
