@ayan_cemk Sir, the complaint is not related with telephone service or mobile service,it is related with building,so it is requested to lodge complaint in writing to the concerned authority,Chief Engineer Civil,WBTC.

@BSNL_KOTD This is the condition of BSNL, P&T, Durgapur, Garage More, PIN - 713101. After repeatedly complaint to the authority the condition in front of electric room is same. The in-charge is not taking action, he says that this is not my job.

@ShankhadipP JTO/Chakdaha reported that the line restoration work is delayed due to the local distribution point of the telephone line is obstructed by the local puja pandel and it is expected to be restored within three days.
