I think I've typed 500 replies to this exact same story to say the exact same thing: "The data center wasn't operational when this happened, this is from construction. That can happen with any large building." It's crazy how popular this story is vs how few read it at all.

Generally recommended to get 10-20/group/week, so it fits, and doesn’t take too long per workout. Active rest days

A lot of volume is actually detrimental to your gains so compressing more workouts in a shorter time frame is tough and it’s diminishing returns . 3 workouts is fine do your try and aft in shape but if you want to get in optimal shape 4 is the way with solid sleep
