Can someone who is a valid journalist with reason to call please ask the Federal Court the status of my hearing and whether I am able to share my affidavit and application details. I genuinely want to know if it’s ok to share with the media at this stage if you are entitled to it

Chronology: I tell 7’s lawyers that Jacko is intimidating me by writing about the Respondent and other subjects; three days later Jacko a) publishes a story about Lisa Wilkinson being a moaner who should hand back her silver Logie, b) films a vodcast in which he praises the wondrous Liam Bartlett of Spotlight and Bruce Lehrmann fame c) composes an opera on Bruce McWilliam in which he describes him as the “The King” and “legendary” and predicts in print that he will be chairman of Seven in a triumphant return to the glory days of pre 21 March 2024, the day Bruce McWilliam resigned and the day the story about me was broken. This is all in one day, three days after I raise this specific concern with Seven in formal correspondence, the balance of which I do not waive privilege over.

Malice: Oh yes, they were published in lieu of response to the polite requests of Mr Auerbach. In fact, some of the publications refer to subjects post-fact that were sent as polite requests only days prior. It's a little game of psycopathy we like to play.

Serious harm: these were accompanied by a stream of promotional material from the company's social media accounts, and that of their executives. The Media Diary was promoted on the front page on each of these occasions. The media of audio and visual were also utilised. And shared online globally to an audience of journalists, lawyers, judges and people of high intelligence.

Imputation 2 of 999: The person suing Taylor Auerbach is so loathing and disrespecting of Taylor Auerbach that they are calling the nationa broadsheet to tell the witness they are calling against him that the person who produced the 4 corners episode will be sacked in days.

I come to the court seeking to repair a reputation, and they then use that very court process to keep attacking that same reputation, without even pausing for breath as the High Court rules they might be barking up the wrong tree. They’d pay more deference to a tennis court.

Maybe I’ll just send a new concerns notice. Imputation 1 of 99: The staff at Seven were so uncomfortable by the producer of the 4 corners episode featuring Taylor Auerbach as a famous whistleblower that they contacted The Australian to call the executive producer of Spotlight Rahni Sadler “dumb” and “tone deaf” and would be likely to call security if such a person entered the building. (Something like that)

Ya know, all I ever wanted was a court to hear my side of the story free from influence, they just wouldn’t let me. They threw millions of dollars at preventing me from having my day in court. Disgusting.
