@joebrowns hi been trying for days to get thru to you I desp need to speak to someone re a missing parcel cannot get thru on phone as mailbox is full according to automated message... And 14 days for an email response is too long when it's a Christmas gift order! Please respond
@Hermesparcels what happens when you can't get thru to the retailer or speak to a human at Hermes? Already had 1 parcel declared missing and order being resent, I desp need some assistance if someone can contact regarding another parcel which hasn't been delivered!
