I updated my examples to use Micronaut 4.0.4, Quarkus 3.3.0, Spring Boot 3.1.3, & Helidon 3.2.2 to prepare for this presentation. In doing so, I discovered that Micronaut 4 is the fastest framework so far, and Quarkus 3.3.0 has ~30% slower startup performance than Quarkus 3.2.4.
