@pamelacolloff simple steps like these can make all the difference -- and yet it's this kind of old-fashioned stuff (letter writing, filling out request forms etc.) that I procrastinate on til the end of days.

I'm currently trying to get documents from an elderly source halfway across the country who is flummoxed by all forms of technology, so I'm sending him some self-addressed, stamped envelopes and hoping for the best
