We’re hiring a Senior Associate to join our Food Systems, Agriculture & Climate Resilience Management (FaRM) team. This role is for someone who has spent real time in the field, someone who understands that smallholder farmers don’t experience behavioral barriers in isolation, but within complex systems shaped by markets, climate risk, and social dynamics. You’ll lead research and advisory work across the Global South, working closely with governments, NGOs, donors, and private sector partners to design solutions that are not just evidence-based but actually usable in the real world. From shaping ambiguous client questions into rigorous research to generating insights that shift how programs are designed, this is a role that sits at the intersection of behavioral science and practice. We’re looking for someone who brings strong qualitative expertise, can manage complex, multi-method projects, and is comfortable owning both client relationships and delivery. Someone who can hold their own in a room with senior stakeholders, but also values the nuance and humility that comes from fieldwork.
