In a 45-minute conversation today with some of the youths in our church (20-35), I discovered there is a spike in phone call anxiety in our society. A state where people panic when they see phone calls and start overthinking before picking. Some don’t even pick. Hmmm Trauma is crazy. I dug deeper and found out it’s because many have received bad news over phone calls. Hence, they get triggered and become anxious when they see calls from family and friends. Hmm

The secret to life is having clothes you like wearing 

Please don’t text me everyday if you don’t have plans to marry me. I am an elderly person.

You should cultivate morals very early in life. The first one is to be content with what you have. Learn not to steal from anyone. It will take you very far in life.

And please bless me with the resources required to become that woman, and when I finally become that woman, do not let me lose myself or fumble the blessings that came with her.

It's ok to pay Doctors peanut or delay their salaries but it is wickedness when a doctor gives the excuse of being tired or sleeping and that was why he/she didn't attend to a patient. All of you are hypocrites !!

I thinks hugs are the most underrated form of intimacy.

People don't say it much, but financial stability has a large effect on how well you do in medical school It's not easy to be hungry and be chasing distinctions

Dear Diary.. I’m officially done mourning the life I thought I would have by now . God’s timing, God’s willing, God’s way.

I just clocked I am so obsessed with academic validation. If I read for an exam I must not only pass it but pass it exceptionally well.
