In documents tabled in Parliament, the DP's office wants an additional Sh350 million for hospitality, raising the entire budget to KSh873 million, and an extra KSh100 million for the payment of leased helicopters, which Prof. Kindiki uses to traverse the country while on duty. The DP's office is also seeking to enhance other budgets, including an additional KSh345.5 million to top up the already approved KSh766.1 million for compensation of employees in the DP's office and an extra KSh200 million on top of the already allocated KSh344.8 million for local travel.

The platform is preparing for a major overhaul as it shifts from phone numbers to usernames and unique IDs. This change will allow users to send messages and make voice or video calls without revealing their phone numbers. Both individual users and businesses will be able to reserve unique handles similar to platforms like Instagram.

In the case of William Rasowo vs. Quickmart Supermarket Co. Ltd., the appellant had completed his purchases and was exiting the store when a security alarm was triggered.
