@aegeanairlines, I took a direct flight from Athens to Dubrovnik on Oct 15. You lost my bag and have yet to email me or update the baggage tracker ticket in 6 days. I've called, emailed, and messaged, yet no response from you. Terrible customer care from the #1 regional airline.
