The systems in this country doesn’t encourage anyone to do stuff the right way @CanonCNA service center has been with my camera for three months just to fix the flip-out screen and the annoying part is they don’t even know the date it will be ready. How do you promise to fix stuff in 20 working days and this is almost three months and no show

@CanonCNA “Bought a Canon EOS R6 Mark II on Oct 19, used it for just 2 weeks, and the cutting sync got faulty. Seller (Austin7070) directed me to Canon. Took it to their repair shop in Abuja—they sent it to Lagos but returned it still faulty, saying they ‘forgot’ to change the sensor.
