Bought a @CarrierMideaInd AC from @Flipkart — delivered 2nd April, installed 10th April, and it has NEVER worked. Not even once. Complaint open since 16th April (#1313477641). 15+ calls. Escalation team promised fix by 18th. Today is 1st May. Still broken.

Hi @CarrierMideaInd , What is wrong with your service and your technician is untrained, he installed AC. After 2 days gas leaked and AC stop cooling. It's fine sometimes it happens. now from last 5 days they are not coming for servicing. not picking calls as well.

@CarrierMideaInd Shame on you. Such a renowned brand and such pathetic services and products they are providing. I have been Frequently facing the breakdown of the Split inverter air conditioner. They are neither resolving the issue nor replying to emails.
