Seară bună tuturor, mai puțin celor care nici acum, la 6 ani distanță, nu realizează că PNRR-ul a fost doar un INSTRUMENT DE ȘANTAJ! Am bifat 36% din jaloane și am primit 10 miliarde de euro în decurs de 6 ani. Timp în care am contribuit cu 18 miliarde de euro la bugetul Uniunii Europene (!!!). Ah, mă scuzați, sunt economist, nu matematician, și am trecut cu vederea un aspect: din cele 10 miliarde de euro primite prin PNRR, jumătate sunt împrumuturi 🙂. Îi dăm înapoi (“anapoi”, pentru culții care au luat voința poporului la mișto de un an și jumătate). Banii care ar mai trebui să vină sunt PA în mare parte, nu vom mai vedea decât câteva sute de milioane. Așa cum vă spun de luni de zile, ar fi o mare minune să nu fim obligați să dăm înapoi banii pentru obiectivele nefinalizate. Pentru că, dacă un obiectiv din PNRR nu este îndeplinit 100% și nu este 100% funcțional, Comisia Europeană va recupera sumele plătite anterior. Dacă nu mă credeți, căutați în Regulamentul care guvernează PNRR-ul, mai exact articolul 24, privind plata, suspendarea și rezilierea acordurilor referitoare la contribuțiile financiare și împrumuturi, alineatul (9). Citez: „Comisia recuperează orice sumă plătită în mod nejustificat.” De ce iese cu aceste declarații domnul Bolojan acum? Pentru că încearcă să limiteze pagubele și să evite asumarea unui eșec evident: o rată de absorbție mult sub media europeană, gestionată de guverne din care PNL a făcut parte permanent încă din 2020, de la semnarea PNRR-ului. Mai mult decât atât, în aproximativ 70% din această perioadă, PNL a dat și prim-ministrul. ACUM SE ÎNCEARCĂ OBIȘNUIREA OPINIEI PUBLICE CU IDEEA CĂ VOM PIERDE COMPONENTA DE GRANT ȘI CĂ SINGURII BANI PE CARE ÎI VOM MAI PUTEA ACCESA VOR PROVENI DIN COMPONENTA DE ÎMPRUMUT. Și vom compensa diferența din BUGETUL NAȚIONAL! „Pierdem fondurile, vin rușii!” Sunteți o glumă, toți cei care ați înghițit propaganda „proeuropeană”. Rușii tocmai au venit aseară: peste 40.000 de ruși, ucraineni și belaruși au cântat împreună ca frații — pentru că sunt frați — iar fondurile sunt PA.
