@Cath_Kidston I'd suggest you stop using these as preferred delivery company. They're absolute rubbish and unfortunately it reflects on you when the parcel is coming from you. It also tells you something when they don't have twitter because they'd get slammed #hermes #evri

Good to see Hermes/Evri haven't changed. I've no idea why companies use them. They're bloody awful. Coming by 2.30 then at 4.30 they change it up to 6.30 and yet still not arrived. Why don't they just say "you'll get it when you get it.........or not"

@Bayly_ For our Coated Cotton and Oilcloth bags we recommend wipe clean only with some mild soapy water to keep them clean, Discolouration may occur due to certain storage conditions.

@Cath_Kidston The parcel had been delivered. But it is one set of gj's and you have sent two difrent sizes. I have sent multiple emails all day and not one has been replied to. An I please have someone come and collect this and refund me my money including the £6 delivery charge.
