This is fundamentally all the work I’d give every evening, weekend, morning, night, day doing, it’s regenerative, it’s movement building, it’s in service of what we all need to be doing all the time, NOT rewriting, rebuilding, re explaining things for resources holders in 19/20th century paradigm, killing us and the small window we have to act with the frozen ness, models of finance and business that serve no purpose in a climate and ecological emergency, racialised ideas of risk, ideas of ambition that aren’t commensurate with where we are. It’s not the work that’s the hardest bits, it’s that you’re not putting in the work to move urgently and in relationship to the scale of challenges, opportunity and the transformative power philanthropy and high net worths do have, to shift the public good.
