@CEdwardsBoxing 💯 Charlie. I can only think that due to his past experience of pulling victory from the jaws of defeat, they wanted to give him every chance and I do get it. He’d have carried on all night but just felt his corner were too brave . That one big shot wasn’t on for 2/3 rounds imo.

Corner should pull him out. But in the same breathe he’s pulled it out the bag plenty of times. It’s a hard one to call! Health is wealth!

@CEdwardsBoxing Fully with you mate, and you know more than mate having boxed at the top level. I just wasn’t a fan of the way he staggered out of his corner, how he got through that round I will never know. After that stagger, it felt inevitable. Fabio Chin is up there with the best ever.

I used to spar Daniel Dubois when he was 14 in the Lynn boxing club in London! Haha fun fact! Yes he was a problem at 14 too!

What a tough man wardly was he would have gone out on a stretcher if it was up to him. Great call from Howard foster to stop the fight but DDD proved all the doubters wrong and proved he grew through all the experiences he has been through where people heavily criticised him in the past!

This is why you should never write a fighter off from past fight. Every fight is a lesson win loose or draw and staying consistent allows you to develop into the fighter you need to be by answering questions. All credit to Dubois 👏 he experienced everything that happened before tonight and just proved to himself and everyone he learnt from his lessons!
