Idaho police shoot Hispanic autistic teen when responding to domestic call.
Victor Perez was not going after police—he's disabled & can barely walk.
"I called police to help family de-escalate situation," cried neighbor. "We were trying to help, not bring a firing squad down to Harrison Street."
Pocatello police shot Victor Perez 9 times when he tried to stand up from the ground— just seconds after arriving at the scene.
Police stated the 17-year-old boy they saw lying on the ground was "intoxicated and in possession of a knife."
The neighbor disagrees, "He was having a really bad day with mental issues, but he wasn’t chasing anybody, and everybody could easily get out of the reach of his knife."

Kern County supervisor, Zack Scrivner, who was stabbed by one of his children to stop him from raping his other child, was never booked, finger printed or had a mugshot taken. He has not been charged with a child sex crime. This is a coverup.
