@HEB I was at Central Market South Austin today to buy your delicious bison. To my surprise the gentleman that helped me at the meat case informed me that bison was not in season??? Is this really a seasonal item?

@CentralMarket the new smart scales in Fort Worth are a disaster. Super Bowl weekend. So far 6 scales are down, printing blanks or non responsive. Super frustrating. Everyone here talking about it.

@CentralMarket Had a full basket @ Preston Royal today & 2 of 3 items didn't scan. Asked for help & she told me to type in code if I wanted them. Paid for the 3 items that had scanned & left $100+ more in the basket for the bad attitude. Preston Royal has problems.

@CentralMarket I tried your take & bake pepperoni pizza last week. It didn't meet the standard I've come to expect from C.M. I'd hoped for, and expected, more. My GF doesn't like pizza (I know, weird), so I'd been craving a pizza. Unfortunately I still am. Wasted $12

I plan to make cassoulet tomorrow- I’ve 2 more confit leg quarters, and found some Toulouse sausage today at my beloved @CentralMarket . H/T to @FischerKing64 for the nudge!

I especially enjoy cooking. Tonight I prepared duck confit, fondant potatoes, and French lentils. The duck I did using my sous vide - turned out beautifully.
