@julesgambit I learned this the hard way when I did commentary. I think the shortest was 4 hours.

I don’t think people realize how long chess games actually are.

This still makes me chuckle. I posted 5 years ago today that I was thinking about playing in an OTB event. I didn't play the one I was thinking about, but one shortly thereafter. Went 1-4, and lasted longer than 8 moves 🤣
